Automated Vehicle Cleaning System

Vehicle cleaning usually relies on manual labor concentrated in short time windows, with high water and labor costs. The system combines vision measurement with robot arm control to clean each vehicle according to its model.

  • After the vehicle enters the bay, the vision system measures its size and outline and identifies the model;
  • Wiping paths are generated from the body surface, with force control keeping the pressure even and the paint safe;
  • Key areas such as windows, mirrors and license plates can have their own settings;
  • Job records are uploaded automatically for fleet management.

Autonomous Forklifts & In-Plant Logistics

For factories and warehouses in new energy, chemicals, building materials and consumer goods. Our autonomous forklifts use lidar SLAM fused with vision to plan their own routes and replace manual driving for pallet handling, line-side feeding, warehouse in/out and transfer to the loading bay, working with WMS, robot dispatch (RCS) and automatic truck loading.

  • Lidar–vision fusion navigation with no magnetic tape or floor codes, so little site modification is needed;
  • Multi-sensor safety protection slows down and stops automatically where people and vehicles share the floor;
  • Linked with automatic doors, lifts and conveyors for continuous cross-area transport;
  • Fleet dispatch and automatic charging support round-the-clock shifts;
  • Our partner company has completed Series B financing, with large-scale deployment in the new energy industry.

3D Lidar Automatic Truck Loading

Automatic loading links finished-goods storage with outbound logistics for bagged materials in cement, chemicals, grain and consumer goods. The system consists of a vehicle optical inspection unit, a parking guidance unit, a mobile robot-arm stacking unit and loading management software, and connects to ERP, MES and site access systems.

  • A 3D lidar scans the truck bed and builds a model of its length, width and height;
  • An adaptive stacking algorithm alternates crosswise and lengthwise bags to make full use of the bed;
  • The robot compensates for parking deviation, so drivers simply follow voice prompts;
  • Loading data is uploaded in real time, with live video and statistics on a control-room display.
